HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Hilliard Road is closed between Linbrook Drive and Thornrose Avenue in Henrico due to a traffic accident that knocked down a utility pole, according to a county spokesman. Detours are in place and work crews have not determined when repairs may allow Hilliard to be reopened.
