HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — There are about four miles of delays on I-95 South due to a tractor-trailer crash in Hanover County.
The southbound right shoulder is closed near Exit 98 (Route 30). Motorists should seek alternate routes to avoid delays, per VDOT.
