RICHMOND, Va. — Chesterfield Towne Center is now in the hands of out-of-town owners who are considering a redevelopment of the 1 million-square-foot mall.
The mall sold Friday to a joint venture of New York-based investment firm JRE Partners and Anastacia AG, a Swiss company, according to an announcement from Pacific Retail Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based firm that’s taking over leasing and management of the property.
