HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Interstate 295 in Henrico County has reopened after "police activity" shut down all southbound lanes, according to VDOT.
A news release sent after midnight Saturday said the closure is near Route 301 at mile marker 41. Just before 1:30 a.m., VDOT updated to say the roadway had reopened.
