3 new COVID-19 outbreaks reported in Virginia
Health officials are investigating 260 outbreaks of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth, according to Virginia Department of Health (VDH) data released Friday. That is an increase of three outbreaks since Thursday's report.. More here.

Nearly 3,000+ COVID-19 patients discharged from Virginia hospitals
The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association reports a total of 2,997 hospitalized COVID-19 patients have been discharged, up from 2,825 (+172) patients on Thursday. More here.
Mayor: Richmond's reopening 'should be slow and steady'
Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney said that he wants to see a “slow and steady” approach to the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions and beginning phase one of the reopening process. More here.
