RICHMOND, Va. — A man was arrested and charged in connection to the murder of a Chesterfield man at a Richmond apartment complex.
Tracy D. Stover, 26, of Westover Hills Boulevard, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Hasheen E. Slaughter, 25, was found shot to death May 15 at the Somerset Glen apartment complex.
That apartment complex is on Westover Hills Boulevard in South Richmond.
Slaughter was “found unresponsive in the breezeway of the apartment complex,” police said.
