RICHMOND, Va. — Police are investigating a shooting in Richmond’s Gilpin Court neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
It happened before 5 p.m. near the intersection of St. James and Federal streets.
CBS 6 reporter Mark Holmberg said the victim is a teenager who was shot in the torso.
As of 6 p.m., the was in surgery at VCU Medical Center.
