RICHMOND, Va. -- It will stay warm and humid tonight, and a few scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely later this evening into the overnight. This will be the result of a cold front sliding in from the north. A few isolated storms may contain hail and strong, gusty winds. Skies will be variably cloudy, with lows in the mid 60s.
Sunday will be mostly sunny and a bit milder with highs in the mid 80s. It will also turn a lot less humid. Sunday night will be cooler with lows ranging from the mid 50s to the low 60s.
Monday will offer plenty of sunshine, with highs in the low to mid 80s.
It will turn warmer and more humid again for Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the upper 80s to around 90°.
The next approaching front will bring some showers and storms to the area by Thursday. A few lingering isolated showers will be possible Friday and Saturday. Highs will average in the mid 80s, with lows in the 60s.
