UPDATE: A man was found dead in a car following a shooting on Interstate 95 in Virginia, according to Virginia State Police. Updates here.
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Virginia State Police investigated an "incident" on Interstate 95 early Tuesday morning in Chesterfield County.
Troopers had the right lane and shoulder of I-95 north closed just before the Woods Edge Road exit as they continued to investigate.
A command center and emergency crews could be seen set up on the shoulder of the road.
