Arrests made in murder of Richmond teen

RICHMOND, Va. -- Police have arrested four teenagers now charged with the murder of 15-year-old Richmond boy. The 15-year-old, whose name was never released by police, was shot and killed Thursday, April 23 near the intersection of North 21st Street and R Street.

Raiquan M. Sims, 19, Chrishawn Hickman, 18, and Antione D. Carter, 18, all of Richmond, were charged with First-Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

Additionally, a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with First-Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Police have not discussed a potential motive for the murder.
