RICHMOND, Va. — More than 1,000 Dominion Virginia Power customers were without power in Richmond Wednesday afternoon. A Dominion spokesman said there was an issue with a power line and crews were unable to quickly reroute power. The outage impacted the neighborhood around the Diamond.
The power was out approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, a spokesperson said. It was restored just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.The cause remains under investigation.
