CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — The ramp from Interstate 95 North to Route 10 East in Chesterfield closed Tuesday morning after a logging truck overturned, according to Virginia State Police.

“The ramp will be closed for an extended period of time,” Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick said.

The crash, which happened at about 9 a.m., remained under investigation. There was no immediate information available about injuries sustained as a result of the crash.

The driver of the 1999 Freightliner, Richard Austin, of South Hill, was not injured in the crash, according to state police.
