Duo wanted for assaulting and robbing South Richmond couple

RICHMOND. Va. — Richmond Police released photos of a woman and a man wanted for an assault and robbery on Lynhaven Avenue last month.

“A man and a woman were walking in the 3500 block of Lynhaven Avenue when they were approached by the suspects who assaulted and robbed the victims,” Richmond Police said. “Detectives believe the two persons in the photos from a nearby convenience store are the suspects.”

The crime happened at about 3:10 a.m. on June 20, police said.

“Anyone with any information about these persons [should] call Second Precinct Detective Derrick Longoria at (804) 646-8171 or call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000,” police said.
