Vehicle fire closes Interstate 64 lanes in Goochland

GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. — A vehicle fire has closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 near Hadensville. Traffic was being detoured off the interstate at Exit 148 to Shannon Hill Rd./Route 605 until further notice, VDOT advised. There was a two-mile traffic backup at 1 p.m., a VDOT spokeswoman said.
