RICHMOND, Va. — A tractor trailer driver received minor injuries when his big rig overturned Tuesday morning on the ramp from Maury Street to Interstate 95 north in Richmond. The truck was loaded with wooden pallets, police said. The investigation into what caused the 11:15 a.m. crash remained under investigation.
