PRINCE GEORGE, Va. — Deputies said a Dinwiddie man was charged with DUI after he crashed his pickup into a home in Prince George County early Sunday morning.

Wayne Millis, Jr. was drunk when he ran a stop sign at the intersection of Gravel Brook Road and Gary’s Church Road around 1:30 a.m., sheriff’s officials said.

Millis’ Chevy truck plowed through a guard rail and slammed into a garage.

An engineer will determine the structural integrity of the garage after police remove the pickup. The family inside the home was not hurt.
