CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police identified the woman killed in a Courthouse Road crash as 56-year-old Teddie M. Bowen, of of Fore Circle in Chesterfield. Bowen was alone in the car when it ran off the road, hit a tree and caught fire Friday, according to Chesterfield Police.
