Traffic backed up after accident closes I-95 ramp in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. — The ramp from Interstate 95 south onto Belvidere Street in Richmond is closed after an accident on the exit ramp.

A VDOT video feed from the area, near mile marker 76, showed traffic backing up.
