Ramp reopens after jackknifed tractor trailer spilled fuel on I-95

UPDATE: The ramp has reopened.

RICHMOND, Va. — A tractor trailer jackknifed on Interstate 95 south, near mile marker 79 in Richmond, spilling fuel on the roadway, according to Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick. The fuel spill was minor, Vick said.

The accident blocked the right lane of the off ramp. The ramp is excepted to reopen once the spilled fuel is cleaned up.
