CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A Chesterfield school bus driver was charged with following too closely in connection to an afternoon accident along the 12100 block of Midlothian Turnpike Tuesday.
Police were called to investigate the crash near Alverser Drive at about 1:55 p.m. after the bus rear-ended another vehicle.
There were no students on the bus at the time of the crash, police on scene said.
