CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Route 288 near Ironbridge Road fully reopened at about 11:25 a.m. Friday, according to VDOT reported.
An accident involving a cement truck closed all northbound lanes on Route 228 at about 8 a.m. The left lane reopened to traffic at about 9:30 a.m.
VDOT advised drivers to avoid the area.
It is unclear what caused the crash or if anyone was seriously injured
