RICHMOND, Va. — Police released video of a man who used a stolen credit card in the hopes someone would recognize him and call police.
“Sometime between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 14, an unknown male entered a residence in the 2300 block of West Grace Street and stole credit cards that were used later that day at a store,” Richmond Police said. “Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify that man, who can be seen wearing a yellow shirt in the surveillance video.”
