HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Police are looking for the man who wore a white Halloween mask and carried a knife into the Family Dollar along the 6000 block of Nine Mile Road in Henrico on Monday morning.

“The suspect approached the adult female clerk, displayed a knife, and made demands,” Henrico Police spokeswoman Capt. Linda Toney wrote in an email. “The suspect left the store without receiving any cash or merchandise. No injuries were reported.”

The robbery attempt happened at about 11:30 a.m. Police described the masked man as between 5’7”– 6′ tall and weighing between 160–190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a mask, grey gloves, a black hooded shirt, blue pants, and white tennis shoes.
