RICHMOND, Va. – Police arrested a 21-year-old Henrico man in connection to a daylight murder on Union Hill in Richmond. Trevin K. Carter, of Montbrook Circle, surrendered to police Saturday.
Carter is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, according to Richmond Police.
Jay Q. Wood, 47, of Zion Street, was shot and killed on North 21st Street.
The June 24 shooting happened about 5:30 p.m.
Police asked anyone with information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
