RICHMOND, Va. -- Tonight will be partly cloudy with lows ranging from the mid 30s northwest to the mid 40s east. Coastal flood advisories remain in effect.

We’ll see variable cloudiness on Sunday. It will be warmer with highs ranging from the mid 60s to the low 70s. While the daylight hours should be dry, an approaching cold front may trigger a shower during the evening. A couple more scattered showers will be possible overnight.

Monday will be variably cloudy with another isolated shower or two possible. Highs will be in the upper 60s and low 70s.

The shower chance will remain on Tuesday, although the majority of the day will be dry. It will be much warmer, with highs in the mid to upper 70s

Wednesday will likely be the warmest day of the week, with highs in the low 80s. It will stay warm Thursday, with a few showers along a cold front moving through.

That front will usher in much cooler weather at the end of the week. Highs will be in the upper 50s to low 60s Friday and Saturday, with overnight lows in the 30s and 40s.
