RICHMOND, Va. -- A cooler air mass will settle into the region tonight, keeping highs in most areas in the 50s on Thursday. The cooler weather will continue into Friday, and a few showers will be possible Friday afternoon as a strong upper-level trough moves through the region. Saturday will be the cooler of the two weekend days, but it will be dry. We'll begin another warm-up on Sunday, with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s. We'll be close to 70 on both Monday and Tuesday next week, with a chance of rain in the area on Tuesday.
