RICHMOND, Va. - Tuesday will be a beautiful day, with full sunshine and highs in the low to mid 80s. Tonight will be mainly clear and cool with a low in the lower 60s.
Humidity will return to the area Wednesday, and especially Thursday and Friday.
Showers and a few storms will be possible both Thursday and Friday, but neither day appears to be a washout.
Tropics: A tropical wave is locatedeast of Bermuda. It shows a moderate sign of development, and it will track to the north, staying east of Bermuda.
A stronger tropical off the west coast of Africa this week has a moderate chance of development as it moves westward through the eastern and central Atlantic.
