RICHMOND, Va. -- Clouds will increase overnight. It will be milder with lows in the 40s. Areas of fog will be possible.
Saturday will be variably cloudy. There could be a shower near the coast, but most areas will stay dry. More breaks in the clouds will be around during the afternoon. It will be a warm day with highs in the low to mid 60s.
A shower or two will be possible Saturday night into Sunday morning, but the rest of Sunday will be dry with highs 65-70.
Our next storm will bring rain to the area on Monday with highs ranging from the mid 40s to the lower 50s. Some wintry precipitation will be possible near the West Virginia border down into the VA panhandle.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs in the 40s.
The next storm will affect our area on Wednesday. This will be mainly rain for the metro and southeastern VA, but there may be some wintry weather northwest of Richmond, at least at the onset of precipitation. Accumulating snow will be possible closer to I-81. Highs will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s.
It will be mainly dry Thursday through Saturday with highs in the 40s and lower 50s.
