Police identify woman killed in crash on Jefferson Davis Highway

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police have identified the woman killed in a fatal crash on Jefferson Davis Highway Wednesday evening.

According to Chesterfield Police, the accident happened on the the 8400 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at about 6:48 p.m.

Police said the woman driving a Toyota Camry, Youn K. Hahn, 74, was driving south in the northbound travel lanes on Jefferson Davis Highway when her car collided with three other vehicles that were traveling north.

Hahn was transported to the hospital where she died from her injuries.

Five occupants of the three other vehicles were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are still continuing their investigation of the accident.
