Wet weather closes some Central Virginia schools

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- Heavy rain Wednesday night and a Flash Flood Watch that continues into Thursday afternoon prompted several Central Virginia school districts to close or go virtual-learning only on Thursday.

Closed Thursday:
Caroline County Schools
Charlotte County Schools
Goochland County Schools
Hanover County Schools
Madison County Schools
Richmond County Schools

Virtual Learning Thursday:
Essex County Schools
Louisa County Schools
Spotsylvania County Schools
Stafford County Schools
