RICHMOND, Va. – A man has been rushed to the hospital after being rescued from the James River Tuesday afternoon at Pony Pasture.
Fire officials said crews were called to Pony Pasture for a report of a male in distress on the James River.
When crews arrived on the scene, a man had been brought to shore by boaters.
Officials say unconscious man was administered CPR and transported to a local hospital. There is no word on his condition at this time.
