GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. — A few months after initial plans were revealed for a massive data center campus in eastern Goochland, the project’s developer has officially kicked off its bid for county approval.
Denver-based Tract submitted last Wednesday its formal application for a conditional use permit for Tuckahoe Technology Park, which would rise on roughly 870 acres just west of West Creek Business Park.
