RICHMOND, Va. -- A Richmond-based YouTube star couple is starting the next chapter of their lives.
Cole and Charisma, who are known for their weekly vlogs and inspirational YouTube videos, tied the knot during their wedding at the Virginia House Saturday.
They even live-streamed the ceremony, so their fans could be there too.
In an Instgram post which has garnered more than 20,000 likes, the newlyweds called it the most incredible day and thanked their fans for tuning in online.
Cole and Charisma got engaged in July 2019. The pair was singing a duet at a public event, when Cole started singing a surprise proposal song and then popped the question.
“I could not hold back the emotions I felt at that moment,” Charisma said. “It was amazing.”
“My stomach hurt. I was lightheaded,” Cole revealed in a YouTube video.
CBS 6 first brought you their love story in February of 2019.
Cole became paralyzed after jumping into the James River, and he met Charisma while undergoing rehab at Sheltering Arms where she was a technician.
They say as their relationship progressed, they received a lot questions about how their dynamic worked as an inter-abled and interracial couple.
That's when they started posting videos on YouTube, and they quickly gained an army of fans. Cole and Charisma now have more than 500,000 subscribers. They say their number one goal is to spread positivity.
Congratulations to the newlyweds!
