HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Another medical tenant has signed on as part of Regency’s mixed-use transformation.
Sheltering Arms recently inked a lease for a nearly 25,000-square-foot space on the second floor of the former Forever 21 store at the western Henrico mall.
