RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Animal Care and Control is offering adoption specials for New Year's Eve to ring in 2026.
All adoptions will be $26 as part of Wednesday's special.
The shelter is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on New Year's Eve.
