STAFFORD, Va. -- A Virginia man was arrested after pulling a gun on a group of trick-or-treaters Halloween night, according to the Stafford Sheriff's Office.
"The adult victims told deputies they were in a group trick-or-treating when they observed a vehicle speeding. One of the victims yelled for the driver to slow down," a Stafford Sheriff's Office spokesperson wrote in an email. "The driver stopped and got out of his car. He approached the victims and produced a firearm from his waistband before leaving the area."
Deputies later arrested 39-year-old Donnell Minor, of Fredericksburg. Minor was charged with brandishing.
The incident was reported on October 31, at about 7:11 p.m., on Jett Street.
