Police seeking to identify suspects involved in Richmond riot

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspects in vandalism that occurred during a riot in Richmond on July 25.
Around 11:30 p.m. a brick was thrown into a business in the 300 block of West Franklin Street and an additional suspect then kicked the glass window.

Detectives believe the individuals pictured were involved in the rioting.
