CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police said a man who was last seen on the Fourth of July after leaving a business in the area of Chippenham Parkway and Route 1 has been located.
Chesterfield Police said Sunday that family members have been in touch with 63-year-old Robert Douglas Farrah.
