RICHMOND, Va. -- Police are investigating the vandalism of the Capital One Café in Carytown on Wednesday evening.
Around 10:15 p.m., a witness reported multiple people breaking windows and spray painting the storefront at 2933 W Cary St.
The witness also reported seeing two individuals on bicycles at the scene.

Police are asking that anyone with information call 804-780-1000 with information.
