RICHMOND, Va. --Police have identified the man killed in East Richmond Wednesday night as Marquis Bushnell.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of Redd Street for a shooting around 7:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Bunshnell on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.
