RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police identified the victim in a deadly weekend shooting as Jamarea D. Whitlow.
Whitlow, in his 20s according to police, was killed Saturday along the 2800 block of Fairfield Avenue.
He was found at about 3 a.m. inside his vehicle.
