New Dunkin’ to open as part of small retail development near Chester

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A Dunkin’ franchisee is adding to his local presence with a new shop, which is planned as part of a retail project he’s developing near Chester.

Gregg Nigro, who owns 20 Dunkin’ locations in the Richmond region, plans to build a 5,800-square-foot retail strip with four storefronts at 6900 Regency Way, along Iron Bridge Road a little less than a 10-minute drive south of the Chesterfield County courthouse.
