UPDATE: On Monday, November 16, Preston Tyler, 71, was found dead in the 5900 block of Brook Road in Henrico County.
Investigators say there were no obvious signs of trauma and it is believed that Tyler died of natural causes. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the actual cause of death.
HANOVER COUNTY, Va. -- The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 71-year-old man who was last seen in the City of Richmond.
Preston Tyler was last seen on West Cary Street on November 6, 2020.
Deputies say Tyler is believed to suffer from a medical condition and does not have his required medication.
Tyler is described as a black male, approximately 5’3” tall and 140-145 pounds.
The Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Tyler in an effort to check his welfare.
