RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are investigating after a man was found dead on train tracks under the Lee Bridge on Tuesday night.
A spokesperson for the Richmond Fire Department said a man was found dead on the train tracks under the bridge around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
This incident is under investigation at this time.
