HANOVER, Va. – The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is seeking to locate 52-year-old James Stuart Hilliard in an effort to check his welfare.
Hilliard last seen in Mechanicsville on March 28, 2020.
Deputies say there was a possible sighting on March 30, 2020 at the Food Lion located at 4915 Richmond Tappahannock Highway in King William County.
Hilliard is described as a white male, hazel eyes, 6’1” tall and 195 pounds. He is known to frequent the Route 360 corridor in the Mechanicsville area and King William County.
