RICHMOND, Va. -- Where once there were tacos and beers, you’ll find vinyl records and Bohemian décor, as a bid to transform a longstanding Fan bar into a more varied space takes shape.
Parts of the ground-floor space formerly occupied by Baja Bean Co. at 1520 W. Main St. are now home to two new retailers: Small Friend Records & Books and Boho Basement.
Each occupies a 718-square-foot space on the property’s Lombardy Street-facing side and each moved in early this year.
