RICHMOND, Va. -- One person was killed and several others were injured in a crash along Route 15 in Buckingham County Sunday afternoon, according to Virginia State Police.
Troopers were called to the two-vehicle crash near Circle Drive at 4:55 p.m.
The injured were taken to a nearby hospital, according to troopers. There was no word on the specific number of people hurt nor the severity of their injuries.
Additionally, no additional details about the circumstances surrounding the crash were available at last check Sunday night.
The crash remains under investigation, troopers said.
