RICHMOND, Va. — A man was shot in the neck in Richmond's East End on Wednesday night, Crime Insider sources tell Jon Burkett.
The shooting happened in the 1900 block of Redd Street just after 10 p.m.
Crime Insider sources say the man was taken to VCU Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
