HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- An 11-year-old boy was shot multiple times Monday night at the Lakefield Mews Apartments and Townhomes in Henrico County, according to Crime Insider sources.
That child suffered life-threatening injuries, those sources indicated.
The Lakefield Mews Apartments are located off Gay Avenue, near Laburnum Avenue, in eastern Henrico.
Police have not released information on a motive, nor suspect in the shooting.
The shooting was reported at about 10:30 p.m.
