CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Chesterfield Police are searching for a missing man with cognitive disabilities who was last seen on Tuesday afternoon.
Clifford Hardy, 42, was last seen walking away from his residence n the 700 block of Gordon School Court around 3:45 p.m Tuesday.
Hardy is described as a Black man, 6'0 tall, approximately 190 pounds, with short hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue and white plaid shirt.
His caretakers are concerned about his welfare due to his cognitive disabilities.
